Przedmiotem rozważań w artykule jest zagadnienie konsolidacji przedsiębiorstwa na przykładzie
Kujawsko-Pomorskiego Transportu Samochodowego SA w aspekcie ekonomiczno-statystycznym.
Procesu, którego celem jest zwiększanie udziałów w rynku przedsiębiorstwa oraz czerpanie
z tego korzyści skali i synergii. W pierwszej części omówiono założenia teoretyczne charakteryzujące
zagadnienie konsolidacji. Druga część prezentuje charakterystykę, przebieg konsolidacji oraz plan
restrukturyzacji KPTS SA we współczesnych uwarunkowaniach

The objective of this article is to analyse the process of company consolidation on the basis
of the case of Kujawko-Pomoroski Transport Samochodowy SA, presented from economic and statistical
perspective. The aims of the process are to increase market shares and to gain area and synergy
benefits. The first part of the paper discusses the theory of consolidation in general terms, whereas the second part deals with the characteristics and course of consolidation and restructuring plan of Kujawko-
Pomoroski Transport Samochodowy SA in modern conditions
