inwestycję, uzasadnienie podstaw i motywów jego nabycia w różnych państwach świata, wskazanie
wad i zalet tego zjawiska polityczno-prawnego oraz określenie perspektywy uregulowania prawnego
tej instytucji na Ukrainie

The principal objectives of the article are to analyze the constitutive elements of citizenship for
investment as a form of the acquisition of the citizenship and to explain the reasons for resorting to this
