Abstract:
W nawiązaniu do trwającej w Polsce dyskusji nad kierunkami rozwoju pedagogiki
jako systemu dyscyplin naukowych w opracowaniu przedstawiam założenia integralnego
modelu człowieka. Prezentuję katalog jego konstytutywnych właściwości.
Przyjęcie proponowanego modelu zmienia cały system problemów pedagogiki
współczesnej. Stanowić on bowiem powinien funkcję paradygmatu humanistycznej pedagogiki
pracy. Konsekwencją jest konieczność reinterpretacji punktu widzenia na przedmiot
badań pedagogiki pracy i jej metologię.
Description:
With reference to the discussions in Poland over the directions of the development
of pedagogy as the system of scientific disciplines, I present the assumptions of the integral
model of a human. I present a catalogue of constitutive properties.
Assuming the proposed model changes the entire system of the issues of contemporary
pedagogy. It shall constitute a function of the paradigm of humanistic labour pedagogy.
As a consequence, this is necessary to reinterprete the viewpoint of the subject of
research on labour pedagogy and its methodology.
