Zapewnianie bezpieczeństwa jest jednym z ważniejszych zadań państwa. Bezpieczeństwo
to obejmuje różne obszary, ale też coraz bardziej poważne są jego zagrożenia,
tak w wymiarze wewnętrznym, jak i zewnętrznym. Dlatego też państwo tworzy różne instytucje
mające chronić to bezpieczeństwo. Szczególna rola w tym zakresie przypada służbom
specjalnym.

Ensuring security is one of the most important objectives of a state. The notion of
security relates to various areas. At the same time, threats to both external and internal security
are more and more serious. That is why, the state puts in place various institutions
