Abstract:
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad pojęciem definicji nieruchomości ziemskiej
w ustawodawstwie obowiązującym na obszarach zaborów niemieckiego, austriackiego
rosyjskiego i Królestwa Polskiego. Są to najważniejsze ustalenia. Szerzej ten okres
historyczny zostanie przedstawiony w mającej się ukazać w 2016 r. monografii poświęconej
definicji nieruchomości ziemskiej począwszy od Rzeczpospolitej przedrozbiorowej
do Polski Ludowej.
Description:
The article presents findings of research on the notion of real estate in legislations binding
on the areas of former Poland annexed to Prussia, Austria and Russia as well as in the
territory of the Kingdom of Poland. Nevertheless, the presentation is limited only to discussing
key concepts; the historical period at issue will be discussed more thoroughly in
a monograph on the definition of a real estate covering the period of the Kingdom of Poland
before its partitions to the time of People`s Republic of Poland to be published in 2016.
