Abstract:
Na podstawie analizy przepisów prawnych ustalono, iż zadania w zakresie oceny
wpływu na zdrowie i życie ludzi w środowisku zewnętrznym zagrożeń aerosanitarnych
(bakteriologicznych i mykologicznych) posiada Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna.
Description:
Having examined the relevant legal provisions, the author has determined that the
competences to assess the impact of aero-sanitary (bacteriological and mycological) threats
on lives and health of people in the external environment are vested in the State Sanitary
Inspection.
