Abstract:
У статті на основі аналізу наукових джерел, практики Європейського Суду
з прав людини, міжнародних джерел, законодавства України та зарубіжних держав
виокремлено тенденції розвитку правової доктрини. Досліджено вплив процесів
правової інтеграції та глобалізації на розвиток правової доктрини, в тому числі практику її застосування.

On the basis of analysis of scientific sources, the European Court of Human Rights
practice, international sources, laws of Ukraine and foreign countries tendencies of legal
doctrine’s development were highlighted. The influence of the legal processes of integration
and globalization on the development of legal doctrine, including the practice of its
application, was shown.
