Abstract:
Стаття присвячена аналізу проблеми становлення виборчого права на західноукраїнських землях у першій половині ХХ ст. Аналізується період існування Західноукраїнської Народної Республіки, а також роль українського парламентського представництва в Сеймі та Сенаті РП у період перебування західноукраїнських земель у складі міжвоєнної Польщі.

The article discusses the issues related to the development of electoral law in the territory
of the present Western Ukraine in the first half of the twentieth century, especially
in the period of the West Ukrainian People’s Republic. Furthermore, the role of Ukrainian
parliamentary representation in the chambers of Polish Parliament (Sejm and Senate) during
the interwar period, when the territories of West Ukraine belonged to Poland, has been
examind.
