One of the principal requirements of modern economy which determines competitiveness of all functioning entities is increasing workers’ professional qualifications. Education of adults as an element of learning is a process in which a workplace performs significant part. The aim of analyzing included in this study is to present my own selected research results of pursueing educational activity in working places.
