Abstract:
Right to ownership is one of the fundamental rights of an individual enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The paper discusses the documents related to transactions in real estate whose substance includes the disclosure of the title of property ownership. These documents are of crucial importance in socio-economic relations of the country that is why the legislator accords to them the rank of official documents and imposes special requirements as to their form.

Niniejszy artykuł wskazuje na dokumenty związane z obrotem nieruchomościami, które w swej treści zawierają ujawnienie prawa do własności nieruchomości. Mają one kluczowe znaczenie w stosunkach społeczno-gospodarczych państwa, toteż ustawodawca nakłada na nie ściśle określoną formę i nadaje im rangę dokumentów urzędowych.
