Школьный учебник – это один из первых источников информации молодого поколения. Он выполняет не только информационную, но и воспитательную функцию, Из него ученики черпают знание о прошлом своей родной страны, а также европейских государств и мира, включая соседствующие с ними народы. В статье показано, что современные учебники в Польше и в других странах, в том числе в России, Белоруссии и на Украине, не помогают ученику узнать про повседневную жизнь народов в соседних странах. The school textbook is one of the first sources of information of the younger generation.
It performs the information function, but also educational. It is from him that students derive
knowledge on the topic of their country's past, and also of European states and the world, including
their neighbouring countries. The article proves that modern textbooks in Poland and other
countries, including Russia, Byelorussia and Ukraine, the history textbook does not help the student
learn about the daily life of the people living near him. The textbooks are dominated by political
and military themes, but it loses a weekday in a person's life.
